“We called Dyno to investigate an electrical mystery. The first time Nigel from Dyno arrived on-site, he diagnosed the problem – a burnt-out circuit breaker that needed to be replaced or investigated.

Because we’d just had our regular electrician complete a board upgrade, we got him back in, but we still weren’t happy. We gave Dyno another call, and Heath explained the situation well, letting us know that the breaker hadn’t been installed correctly. I can’t believe how helpful Dyno was.

Dyno went above and beyond, sending out another team member at no charge to check the changes our electrician made. We’re so glad we called. They let us know that the board still wasn’t safe, so they rectified it.

The service was outstanding, and thanks to Dyno’s help, we can use our appliances knowing they’re safe.”
